Your Requirement. Our Material Solution.
Not every application can be solved with a standard material grade.
JINN HUNG works with customers on customized PA6 and PA66 compound development based on product requirements, processing conditions, performance targets, and commercial considerations.
Our objective is not simply to modify a formulation, but to find a practical material balance that works in real production.
What Can Be Customized?
Depending on the application and technical feasibility, development may focus on:
- Mechanical strength
- Stiffness
- Impact resistance
- Glass fiber reinforcement
- Dimensional stability
- Flow and processability
- Surface appearance
- Color
- Processing behavior
- Application-specific performance requirements
Our Development Approach
01 — Understand the Application
We first understand the product, processing method, operating environment, current material, and the problem that needs to be solved.
02 — Define the Target
Together with the customer, we identify the most important performance requirements and priorities.
03 — Develop the Material
Formulation and processing parameters may be adjusted according to the defined targets and agreed development plan.
04 — Test and Validate
Material properties are evaluated using agreed test methods and relevant application requirements. Test results apply only to the tested material, specimen preparation, conditioning, and test conditions.
05 — Optimize
Based on test results and customer feedback, the material may be further adjusted when necessary and technically feasible.
06 — Move Toward Stable Production
Once the agreed performance targets are confirmed, the focus shifts from development to repeatability, process control, and production consistency.
Information That Helps Us Start Faster
When contacting us for a customized material, customers may provide:
- Current material or material grade
- Product application
- Required properties
- Existing TDS or specification
- Test standards
- Product drawings or key dimensions
- Injection or processing conditions
- Existing problems
- Target color
- Sample parts, when available
The more clearly the application is understood, the more efficiently an appropriate material direction can be identified.
Built for More Than a Specification
A successful customized material should be evaluated not only through laboratory testing, but also with consideration of production conditions and final application requirements.
That is why we consider material performance, processing stability, product requirements, and production consistency together. Final approval remains subject to agreed specifications, customer testing, and application validation.
Important Note
The information on this website is for general reference only and does not constitute a product specification, warranty, certification, or guarantee of fitness for a particular application. Material properties and performance may vary depending on formulation, processing conditions, specimen preparation, conditioning, test method, product design, and end-use environment. Customers should conduct their own evaluation and validation before commercial use.
